They should still have solid lines, since they are the only game in town
(i.e. in the state of Nebraska), but what they need is speed at the "skill" positions. If the lines are good enough (and they should be), they can give enough time to an "average" QB to look like Tom Brady.
Remember Miami around the turn of the century? They made their stick-boy QB look amazing because he rarely got hit. Something like 2-3 sacks over two years? If Nebraska has a great O-line and a QB who can sling it, they can put up huge passing yards. But they need that O-line.
