A good chunk of that money should go towards education....
College football needs a cap for athletic spending. Anything over the cap goes to education (scholarships, academic facilities, professor salaries, …). The pro-academic Big Ten can be the first conference to do this. That is, put your money where your mouth is. Even with a "reasonable" cap, the P5 will still be way ahead of the G5 schools and some of the blueblood P5 schools would still have an advantage, but not as great as before. The cap would place all the P5 schools on a more level playing field.
