For Rutgers it is every sport. And that's for 50 years at least.


Rutgers made a decent bowl game in 2006. Finished in top 25 that year to go with the other time they did in 1958. Rutgers had a good basketball team in 1976, or 42 years ago. I guess that counts for something. These are the highlights.

UConn has over 20 NCAA championships in multiple sports. That's a different level. Football is down now, but that can change.

The appeal for either is presence in their respective states for the Conference Network. But with Rutgers you have to suffer through all the sporting events and games with their teams in all sports. With UConn, you might get beat.
