If Rutgers has "no real good history to point to,"


then has that sealed UConn's fate as a G5 school? I believe UConn and Rutgers have the same number of winning seasons as a DI-FBS program. Also, this past season both programs were 1-11 and winless in their respective conferences. UConn went 0-8 in the AAC and Rutgers went 0-9 in the Big Ten.
