We spatchcocked our first turkey this Thanksgiving. It was amazing.

I forget who recommended the method, but I remembered them raving About the results and saved the recipe/process. We tried it with our 22 lb turkey and it turned out amazing. Exactly as promised. We will be doing it from now on. Thanks! Hokie Nation rules.
