Okay, I see that being a mess. makes me feel good about out board.


Everyone seems to understand capital reserves and the need for a large amount sitting in the bank. Though, we did have one resident join the board and attempt to convince us to return the funds to the homeowners. Needless to say, that wasn't going to happen.
