We use it routinely. Sometimes the substitutions are weird

And sometimes they get way behind. We have had to wait 45 minutes for them to catch up before, but that only happened once. Most times they are extremely punctual.

My one gripe is their ability to pick out produce- not quality but quantity. There isn't a way to say you want one bunch of bananas with say 5 bananas on it- instead you put "1" banana in the interface and you might get one banana or bunch of bananas or one pound.
