Go back and read our tourney preview. Ball State is a solid team.


Early on, they were moving the ball well and took a 22-17 lead. Then Tayler Persons had to sit down, and VT went on a big run. When Persons hurt himself in the second half, that was pretty much it for them. Good game by VT. Not great, but good.
