Not trying to disagree with anyone, because I would have recommended Bull & Bones as well a month ago. But we just went there two weeks ago and were extremely disappointed.

My wife's soup was cold. Not "old man complaining cold" but just plain cold as if no one ever put it on the stove. Literally.
She also ordered crabcakes (Admittedly, a highly questionable choice at a place called Bull & Bones) and they looked and tasted like something you took out of a frozen box from the grocery store, cooked four days ago and then re-heated in the microwave.

I forget what my son's girlfriend ordered, but it looked pretty shabby too although she was too nice to complain. I had a pulled pork sandwich and my son had ribs and we shared a pretzel appetizer. Those were all fine.

So basically, a decent place if you stick to classic bar food, but not upscale dinner food.
