One of the many reasons I stopped watching it

Far too many suspicious cautions that helped drivers on certain teams.

Far too many times drivers with the race sponsor on the car would dominate the race.

Only drivers on certain teams are competitive (like the old CART days).

The idea of a playoff where non-playoff contenders are in the competition. It's like if the championship of the NFL was decided in week 17 by which of the two eligible teams beat their week 17 opponent by the most.

Plus the racing is just boring on the cookie cutter tracks. Only excitement at superspeedways is waiting for the big wreck.
