Also, your pain is from inflammation and fluid pressure from the


increased blood flow through that area. When you are laying down at night and your body is not pumping blood to muscles, etc that fluid pressure can increase so pain in the teeth can get worse at night. Now that you are up and about and on steroid anti-inflammatories you should start feeling better. If you aren't also taking a Pain med adding ES Tylenol to your regimen ups your Pain threshold and should help.
