Additionally, do you snore or mouth breathe at night?? The air


can dehydrate the tissue and teeth causing tooth pain and gum inflammation. Usually that is self limiting (goes away on its own) but hydrating, sipping on water all day, soft bristled brush and gentle cleaning, all might help. Also things to keep nasal passages and sinuses clear are good. If I could fix mouth breathing I'd be rich and famous.
