Our defense was good last night. USC Upstate had a few

good players, but defensively, we did not give them many good or easy shots. Their best player was from Lynchburg, Va - a Channette Hicks type of player. She got her points but overall we did a good job against her.

The team really seemed to be in synch, but we had some of the usual early season sloppiness that all teams have.
