Hopefully wiser heads prevail and they are open and honest and giver her the result she deserves and at least let her know what the thinking process is.

I feel like my wife is well positioned for her packet that gets turned in 3 years from now but as you know it's never an automatic thing. At her college the P&T committee makes a recommendation but ultimately the Dean of Faculty has the final say although it's very uncommon that he disagrees with the committee.
