Why do I have to explain the benefits of copy/paste to someone?


Richard had to create a new system user.
New user has a long last name.
Richard tried to type the new user's long name.
Richard cocked it up and ended up creating multiple user accounts because he couldn't type the user's name correctly.
Richard created more work for others.
Richard is an idiot.
