Which makes sense, there is alot more technology now that can

convict or exonerate someone these days. If the case is clear cut I have no issue with the death penalty. Some 21 YO guy mowed down 3 girl scouts and a mom picking up trash on the side of the road this last weekend, somewhere in he midwest, not for death penalty for him as he did not have that intent to murder them, he messed up. But he will spend a long time in prison for his screw up. The guy that shot up the synagogue in Pitt, death penalty for him.
