I'm of the opinion that a lot of people shouldn't be doing it...


Just watching lots of people running some people ain't designed for it, also, you probably need to be in the 150# range for guys not 200+ ... like me.

It's one of those things where I've heard a lot of people used to do a lot of running until it destroyed their knees type thing. That's not a good outcome.

Maybe it's just obesity, but would recommend most people take walks, easier on the knees, just as much exercise for the distance or cycling which is also easier on the knees.
