Well it's a cheesy little stadium, probably where Navy played football..


50 years ago. But that's kinda my point, it's just such a perfect setting. You don't have seats on the other side, the view goes to soccer field and you just have to adjust your eyes up 6 degrees to sailboats out on the Severn River where it meets the Chesapeake Bay and it's mostly water and sky. I'll argue the Army stadium disrupts that view by having stands on the other side although it doesn't take much imagination to think about being there when the leaves are changing.

Anyway, that's my point, a simple, perfect thing.
