to close. I will say the shopping center (formerly the K-Mart Shopping Center until K-Mart closed) has had a couple stores close since they left. There is 1 location in the shopping center that has had 3 different Italian restaurants in it and all 3 closed. I think a few stores and even their replacement stores have closed since the agency moved out. The Quiznos in a Safeway Shopping Center across the street from the K-Mart Shopping Center and across a side street from the former location closed soon after the agency moved out. Even though the K-Mart Shopping Center has this giant parking lot, I would say is never gets more than 25% full during the day or after 5pm. Heck that part of Herndon/Reston seems to be dead after 5pm even though there are a lot of cars on the road.
