Hokie Friend lost a Family Heirloom tailgate>Football game Saturday

$250.00 Reward
LOST AT VIRGINIA TECH HOMECOMING: On Nov. 3, while attending the Virginia Tech Homecoming, I lost a vintage turquoise and sterling silver necklace that belonged to my late mother. It almost certainly slipped off between the Drillfield (Davidson Hall lot), Holtzman Alumni Center, Duck Pond or Grove Lane by the Presidents' house (noon-2PM). **SEE UPDATE BELOW **
This necklace belonged to my mom who died 28 years ago in 1990 (see photo in comments + profile pics). Few things in my life have greater sentimental value.
PLEASE SHARE this with all HOKIES who were at Homecoming or tailgating at the Boston College game. In the spirit of Ut Prosim, please SHARE on any and all VIRGINIA TECH Facebook groups. (To SHARE, please click on my original public photo and share that.)
Email: [email protected] with any information or just message me on FB. (I will be checking for FB messages from people who aren’t friends.)
*** UPDATE: A VT employee thinks she saw it at 2pm on 11/3 on the side of Grove Lane by the president's house (I was there around 1:15 or so). She didn't bother to investigate but when she saw this photo, she realized she'd probably passed it in the leaves. My Hokie and three friends went over there at 10:30 - 11 with flashlights but came up empty. I think some wonderful Hokie picked it up and it's gonna find its way home to me. SHARE this to make it even easier for them to connect with me! 🙂 (Click on this photo to SHARE my original public post.)
*** THANK YOU HOKIE NATION! You are making this go viral! Please talk to Hokie football fans and students who aren’t on Facebook! Thanks so much! ***
