I guess it is possible, but I can't think of another location

for it near Reston. There is already a McD's in Herndon on Elden Street and another one at the Clock Tower, so I don't see it relocating that way. I think each location is individually owned and people buy a McDonald's franchise license (not sure how the other chains work). If the owner decided to relocate, then I guess it could have even been out of the area.
