Post-construction house cleaning in Arlington

Have had the basement finished...and the house is a freaking MESS! There is a thick layer of white dust/residue on virtually everything on the middle level of the house.

Thinking of hiring a service for a one-time...post-construction...deep clean.

Any recommendations?
