I had work done on my rental house in Suffolk three years ago...


It consisted of converting a small bedroom into a full bath, enlarging a small bathroom and moving some of three walls. There was no wall tile and the floors are vinyl. A lot of plumbing and electrical was required.

Seven rooms were painted. All for 22K.
