Willis has a quicker first step in the run game - that or he is just more decisive when he decides to pull it and run.

top end speed seems about the same to me,

Willis may have better range with his arm but they both suffer with inconsistent accuracy

Willis also seems to have better pocket awareness / quicker feet dodging the pass rush.
