The well worked, the water was horrible and not usable for anything


though. The equipment was old style pull and pump which made the pressure tiny. The guy had a newer well on the property for a trailer his son lived in that went with them when I bought it but I had to put about $ 8k worth of treatment equipment in it to make the water usable for drinking. For the propane the company never sent me anything that the guy did not pay the last fill up and no way was I going to use them again after they took my gate off its hinges and stole the tank. If they came back on the land they prob would have been shot. Luckily my dogs did not get out or else they would have received a visit at their offices. You live and you learn.
