From my own home purchase about 13 years ago

they had spiked the well so it would pass the tests, had to put in a new well after we bought the place. They also did not pay the propane company for the last purchase so came home one day after work and the propane company had taken my fence gates off the hinges and "repoed" the tank while we were at work. What I learned, once ya bought it, the problems are yours.
