Haven't seen any official resolution of ECU's contractual requirement. No note that they've settled with VT by paying some cancelation penalty, which I'm assuming would be in the press immediately if it happened. I think both public schools would have an obligation to disclose that resolution. I'm assuming the fact that it is unresolved despite the fact that ECU scheduled NCSU means ECU is trying to have their cake and eat it too by getting paid for two away games, but only playing 1.
