Some good points there

Just a few comments from my side:

- Farley seems slow to react at the snap.
- Yeah, Steven Peoples is from Galax. What of it? This reminds me of those Jersey kids at Tech who told me they were surprised to learn after arriving at school that there were smarter students than they from the South. Peoples has been at Tech long enough that the perceived disadvantage of coming from a small high school probably has been worked out by now. His ability and how he is used are something else. (I am not from Galax btw.)
- Somebody posted near perfectly yesterday on how he wished we would go back to smash-mouth blocking rather than make some vain attempt to use a zone scheme. I have been saying that for a bunch of years and believe that a lot of coaches have been blinded by some fad rather than recognizing how to move the ball forward. I don't think anything defenses are doing would stop us from using the personnel we do have more effectively - on the line and in the backfield.
- I believe the jury is still out on Willis. As he develops we probably will see some more ups and downs before we see him level off. As well, he has some PTSD issues from his Kansas campaign to work through. I have no dog in this fight, but since he's our guy I hope he settles down on the high side. If JJ is a fighter, there is going to be a rumble in the Spring - may the best man win.
- 6-5? Fuente needs to earn his money and take three or four of these coming games. Bud, too, is going to have to figure it out. Start next week by putting Ladler on the GT QB. Just make his life miserable. Time for some payback.
