If you have the legs to make a difference, that conservatism with your arm may be acceptable. If you're only an ok runner, you better be willing to take risks and make plays with your arm.

Willis believes in himself. That's the first quality needed in a leader. He has the talent. In my opinion he played the first half with Fuente in his head. He was reluctant to throw the ball and only felt confident going to Hazelton. Reeks of someone that was chastised harshly in practice all week.

It took him into the second half to settle down and play like he had the previous few games. Whatever motivational method Fu is using on Willis isn't effective in my opinion. The defiant, excited RW at the end of the game looked more like he just proved someone wrong than won a ball game.
