I keep imagining the old singing frog cartoon


In the future a guy dissolves an existing building with a ray gun then another gets built and just grows from the ground. Take 3d printing and make a huge one on rising stilts with the ability to use multiple materials. You could literally print a building with all the piping and wiring already in place.
