Remember that Magnum starts to think Higgins is really Robin Masters. Higgins actually confesses to Magnum that he is Robin Masters but then later he tells Magnum he lied. Thus, we don't really know. In that episode where Magnum saves Robin Masters it is in the dark when they are in the same room. As the viewer we never see Robin Masters face. If Higgins is Robin Masters then yes he sees his face. If the other guy pretending to be Robin Masters is in fact Robin Masters then it is probable that Magnum sees his face but no one knows for sure.
