VT originally made it sound like they had prevented the next big shooting

And then it turned out he wasn't stockpiling guns or anything like that - he was accused of a more technical violation of having a magazine that was too large, with no allegation whatsoever of violence, antisocial behavior, etc.

And there is frickin' video of him shooting 20 shots and then being out of ammo. The prosecutor should be disbarred.
