Clearly, beating ODU and Duke is as well, but neither of those teams is 3/4 as good as Stanford.

If Texas is a 1 loss team by the time that game happens, the Red River Rivalry will probably get the nod. Gameday hasn't been there in 7 years. Now Texas has to get through TCU and an away game at K-St. If they are 3-2 or 2-3, I doubt Gameday goes there.

However, Auburn and Miss St play that day. I'd be shocked if that wasn't a Top 10 matchup and we know how much ESPN loves them some SEC.

Having Gameday at Penn St next week would be helpful. Those guys will be tired from traveling back to the East Coast from Oregon this week. They'd probably appreciate a short drive down to Blacksburg from Happy Valley rather than a trek all the way to Mississippi.
