ATm@VT & VT@UNC were hurricane games. Miami vs. ECU @CF was post-hurricane


Floyd had already left NC by 9/25/1999 when that game was played. It was moved to Raleigh over a week after Floyd hit because most of Greenville and eastern NC was underwater.

The weather was fine outside for that ECU upset.
