Good morning Lizards and I have a question for you.

I have a rental house that will be put up for sale in a few years and it has a den fireplace that is disabled. It looks unsightly due to past smoke, fire and moisture damage. If I wanted to clean it, what do recommend? I thought about my pressure washer. 😋

Would the installation of a fake fire or some type of storage add to the buyer's appeal?
