The good news for the ACC is the ACC is strong in the Xfinity footprint

Some of the largest populations of Comcast customers are in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, and Indiana.

If Comcast agreed to do basic tier for the Big Ten in Virginia, they'll do the same for the ACC in Maryland. We just need them to push that Notre Dame has interest in Chicagoland too.

I'm not really worried about Comcast. The overlap of ACC and Comcast footprint is substantial. And with Disney's linkage of the ACC and SEC networks as a bundle, we may pick up Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas.
