I would say uncertain...

Don’t really think in terms of or give odds on recruitment of prospects. But we are in final 5 along with UConn,Miami, VCU and Indiana. And imo it’s better to get one of the first 2 visits than wait until the end, history has shown us.

Many people want the last visit and I understand that mentality up to a certain point because that last visit is the freshest and most in the forefront of the prospect’s mind when they make their decision after visiting all five schools. But too often your scheduled for the last visit and it never gets that far because a prospect likes one of the earlier visits so much that they shut things down prematurely. The majority of kids over the years never make all 5 visits. So waiting til last has an upside but built in risk along with it.

Tech is getting their shot early so if you are believer in early visits then that positioning is beneficial.

My guess is that the odds of bringing in 5 signees in the Fall class aren’t particularly strong given no commitments to this point.Of course it could happen, and may very well transpire, but a more likely scenario is to see a 3/2 or 4/1 type breakdown. Meaning 3 early signees and 2 late, etc.
