Zabian is certainly a better defender


But Zabian lacked actual PG skills, as he was a lead guard or "scoring guard" filling a role on a part time basis with Jamon Gordon. As I stated in another part of this thread, JRob already has 60 more assists than Zabe, with one season to go.

In terms of what you want out of a PG, the gap between JRob and Zabe is equal to the gap between them defensively. And I would give the edge to JRob due to his usage rate as a primary ballhandler
