Most definitely. Lots of Americans living permanently there.


I've wintered in Costa Rica, (best Mary Margaret voice) and wouldn't consider returning if not catered to properly.

But seriously, there are full blown American style sports bars with big screens in tourist locations.

If, perhaps, (and I'm not judging here - and not that I would know) you are eating rice and beans hiding under a camo tent at some drug lab in el campo, you are likely out of luck.
