Alta had some of the best snow I ever experienced.
But that was in a huge snowstorm, and it was glorious! I was up to my waist in "champagne" snow, going down a really steep hill very slowly (for the slope). The snow eventually became so heavy I couldn't see 100' in front of me, so I called it a day.
Brighton always had really well groomed slopes, and Solitude was really...open. Not many people skiing Solitude the couple time I skied it. It had the "pass card" ski lift operation (no people), so don't screw up getting on and off the lift...lol.
