Well if you kill your players it makes it hard to have layered depth. I

understand all the uproar of he terp guy but you have a few in several sports that die in training. Are they all pre-existing heart conditions or over heating? Training is not easy in any sport though. I doubt the MD guy was trying to kill the kids though, he may have pushed him too hard and it sounds like per Dinich that he was demanding. Not sure how you stop that, coaches are driven, competitive people
