You could tell that he had learned the material and could speak to it in an academic sense. But don't think he was a natural who is great at execution. The huge playbook, the lack of identity, and the ease that other teams were able to prepare for us tell me that he is just not suited for an OC role. Position coach/recruiter, sure, but nothing more.

And I will say this, he was not the worst OC we have had in recent years.
