Are you discounting McNeilly's exp. because he hasn't coached elsewhere?


He's been here for three years, so it's not like he's that green. And he can recruit.

This is very much not an optimal solution, but this is what we have. Reynolds is the biggest loss in my mind, it seemed that he was the more trusted strategic asset to Buzz. I think Buzz handles 90% of the recruiting anyway.
