No toll eastbound after 9:30 AM


There is no HOV requirement any more; HOV just makes you exempt from the tolls.

Eastbound the tolls run from 5:30AM to 9:30AM (not sure if it's entrance or exit time that counts...)
Westbound the tolls run from 3PM - 7 PM (same caveat)
