...provide "added value" to that conference. Will they at least cover their television revenue piece of the pie?

Other items to consider:
- Are they located in a state that a conference wants access to (& their television subscribers)?

- Will they put butts in seats at regular season, and post season games?

- Will they become a great member of that conference, or will they become an embarrassment down the road?
