Gluten allergy is much more of a perpetuated myth/marketing ploy than an actual medical condition. It's possible, that both of their natural kids and the adopted child have actual issues with gluten, but it's far more likely that the children's symptoms are related to something different entirely, or that the "symptoms" are perceived and not actual physical symptoms at all.
