opinions but there are plenty of great barbecues out there that are not vinegar based! I am not a big fan of vinegar based with no offense intended but then again I like all types of barbecue. It’s like taking 5 or 6 different hot dog stands and saying one is better than the other! That’s simply not true. They all are different and have differences in flavor, bun, chili, and the add ons and I like them all because I love hot dogs! But they all are a little different! Doesn’t make one better than the other! Just different 😎
