Which it isn't, unless the person wants good seats + food + beer, etc.

People aren't comparing apples to apples. The gripe is typically along the lines of "When I was 22, I could see a game for $35!"

Yet they conveniently forget -- when they were 22, they probably bought the cheapest seats available, and they probably skimped on food, drink, travel, and lodging.
