various groups have been trying to cancel the contract from day one. They even went so far to have experts look at the contract and of course they figured out that the state would be on the hook for a huge dollar figure if they cancelled the contract and that it would take many more years to finish the project. I know people have been complaining about the toll rate for the 66 road up in nova also. But the states do not have the funds, the feds and states are much more worried about the bridges, I am glad they are paying attention to them myself.
