Make your message about leading the program. Thats what you are paid millions to do. If you want to be an inspirational speaker or write books, then quit the coaching gig and go do it. Right now your job is to elevate VT basketball and I don't see alot of direct focus on that from these messages. This becomes doubly important when the organization you lead is enduring some adversity
